The DJ-8.9/55 low-temperature ceiling type evaporator is a high-capacity air cooler tailored for ultra-low-temperature quick-freezing warehouses below -25℃, such as frozen meat processing plants, seafood quick-freezing facilities, and large-scale frozen food distribution centers. Delivering a nominal cooling capacity of 8900W, paired with 2 units of 500mm fans providing 11000m³/h airflow and 15m air range, it ensures rapid and uniform cooling across large-volume spaces, stabilizing temperatures even during frequent door openings in high-throughput freezing operations.

Ultra-low-temperature quick-freezing warehouses face unique challenges: rapid frost buildup on evaporator coils increases airflow resistance, while frequent door openings cause temperature fluctuations that degrade the quality and shelf life of frozen goods. The DJ-8.9/55 evaporator addresses these issues with a robust electric defrost system and optimized airflow design, minimizing defrost frequency and maintaining consistent storage conditions to preserve product quality.

Constructed with high-purity copper heat exchange tubes and 9mm aluminum fins, this DJ-series evaporator features excellent corrosion resistance and efficient heat transfer, optimized for continuous operation in temperatures as low as -30℃. The 9mm fin spacing, specifically designed for low-temperature environments, balances frost tolerance and airflow efficiency, reducing the risk of ice blockage. It supports mainstream refrigerants including R22, R404A, and R507A, matching various condensing units. The ceiling-mounted structure saves floor space, while the integrated defrost heater and drain pan simplify routine maintenance and reduce operational downtime.
